Paradise in Costa Rica

Everything is right here. The house has been remodeled and has just been completed. An old wooden house and a small warehouse were combined and packed into a new building. The entire house has over 400 square meters of living area and usable space. The home has hardwood floors made from Amarillon, a tropical hardwood. It is insulated against the heat of the sun and the noise of falling rain. The property itself has three ponds, two of which are full of farmed fish. It is located directly on a small river. Water comes either through the mains or from your own spring. Electricity comes either from the power plant or from the solar roof, where 24 panels capture the solar energy, which is then charging a powerful 15 kWh lithium battery. Around 300 fruit trees have been planted, of which around 80-100 are already bearing a variety of fruits, including bananas, platanes, jack fruits, water apple, coconut, beriba, papaya, to name just a few that are already bearing fruit. The other newly planted trees aged 3-10 years will transform this property into a self-catering paradise over the next few years. A greenhouse already ensures partial independence from the supermarket. Finally, a lot of bamboo grows on the property, which can be used as building material. A spacious swimming pool (10 m x 5 m) was built on the property. The property can be taken over with all farm animals (hundreds of fish) and, if desired, some pets (dogs and/or cats). The house comes almost fully furnished and with all the equipment needed for daily life (refrigerator, washing machine, dryer...).
